Black Sabbath – Black Sabbath

The whole universe rests on the foundations laid by this track.

Void – Who Are You

This song is good because it reminds me of Andy Roy.

Amon Duul II – Jail House Frog

Freak out.

Rustavi Ensemble – Tsinkaro

This appeared in Herzog's Nosferatu but some might recognise it from a Kate Bush track. It took me over a year to track this down. Never fails to make the hairs stand up on my hunch back neck (illustrator posture).

Nihilist – Supposed To Rot

Raw and disgusting. Exactly how I like my death metal.

Huun Huur Tu – Syget Lamen Of The Igil

No pitch shifting going on here.

Last Days Of Humanity – Catering From The Womb

Lots of pitch shifting going on here. I find brutally disgusting goregrind fine music to cook to. Interestingly enough, I also have a friend who finds it good to do domestic chores to. Probably what Martha Stewert listens to.

Parson Sound – 10 Minuter

I dig all the stuff this band developed into; International Harvester, Harvester and Trad, Gras & Stenar, but I'm particularly partial to their early work.

Devastation – Idolatry

Hands down the most underrated piece of vinyl I ever did own.

Bong – Onward to Perdondaris

It's bedtime so let's chew on some Stygian black lotus and meditate on the riddle of steel before falling a slumber.
